The 999 Guarantee:

		90 DAYS
		CODE 9 guarantees your satisfaction - if after 90 days you are not totally satisfied with the quality of service provided, CODE 9 will refund your alarm monitoring fee in full, and at no cost to you, connect you to another service provider.
		90 SECONDS
		CODE 9 guarantees to action any emergency event received from your alarm system in less than 90 seconds. If we are not able to meet our goal we will refund your current months charges in full and provide you with an additional two months free service.
		900 DAYS
		CODE 9 guarantees that from the date of commencement of providing alarm monitoring services on your behalf your alarm monitoring fee will remain unchanged for a minimum period of 900 days. Where a change or addition to your service requirements is necessary CODe 9's service fee will be adjusted accordingly and the new fee held for the remainder of the 900 day period.
