We take care to select highly motivated intelligent people who take pride in what they do. All monitoring centre personnel receive a minimum of 60 hours one-on-one training to ensure they can work independently and are able to handle any form of emergency event with care and
precision.
Working from a secure location and using the latest in alarm monitoring software, CODE 9's New Zealand monitoring centre is well supported with appropriate handover processes to ensure a quality level of service is maintained at all times.
