At CODE 9 every detail behind our operation has been

backup redundancy in the event of a power outage or unforeseen
circumstance. Our dedicated management team take
great pride in providing free security consultantancy to our
customers. As shareholders we are totally committed to
ensuring our customers receive an unparalleled level of
service. We take care to select highly
motivated intelligent people who take pride in what they do.
All monitoring centre personnel receive a minimum of 60 hours
one-on-one training to ensure they can work
independently and are able to handle any form of emergency
event with care and precision. Working from a
secure location and using the latest in alarm monitoring
software, CODE 9’s New Zealand monitoring centre is well
supported with appropriate handover processes to ensure a
quality level of service is maintained at all times.

oversee CODE 9’s administration.
