CODE 9 Customers are more informed thanks to Security Management Reports

At CODE 9 we  provide our customers with detailed activity reports in an easy to read format so you have the information you need to more effectively manage your security.
 

Activity reports are available in two formats. They are sent via email on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. This is an automated process ensuring reports only reach those persons whom the reports are intended for.

		Log Reports
		Provide detail of all alarm signalling received from your alarm system in chronological order.
		Incident Reports
		Provide detail of any event responded to by our monitoring centre personnel with specific details of the action taken and timeframes involved.

We offer our customers choice; you can receive either report or both.
